Invitation to Tender
The Nigerian Geological Survey Agency intends to undertake the execution of the under-listed capital projects under the 2016 Budget of the Agency. To this end, competent Suppliers end Contractors are hereby invited to tender for the projects as follows:

2. TENDER REQUIREMENTS:
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents:
(i.) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii.) Current compliance certificate with PENCOM
(iii.) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2013, 2014 & 2015) corresponding with declared turnover.
(iv.) Evidence of VAT Registration with TIN Number.
(v.) Certificate of Compliance with industrial Training Funds (ITF).
(vi.) Evidence of Registration in the database of Federal Contractors/BPP.
(vii.) Company audited accounts for the last three years (2013, 2014 & 2015) showing annual turnover.
(viii.) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed (award letter and job completion).
(ix.) Evidence of Financial capability to execute the project (Bank Guarantees from reputable Banks).
(x.) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ₦10,000.00.
(xi.) A sworn affidavit confirming that all the information presented and attached are true and correct of the company
3. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Tender/Bidding documents art obtainable from the office of the Procurement Unit first floor on the presentation of a copy of original receipt of the non-refundable tender fee of ₦10,000.00 (Ten thousand naira); only through the bank (REMITA) payable to the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency to each lot.
4. SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Completed Technical and Financial proposal (with two extra set of hard copy) shall be submitted in two different sealed envelopes and labelled ‘Technical proposal’ and ‘Financial proposal’ and both envelops enclosed in one large envelop. All the 3nos envelopes should bear the company name at the reverse side and the ‘project name’ at the Top Right Hand Corner of the Envelope and Addressed to:

The document should be deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Unit, first floor, Nigerian Geological Survey Agency Headquarters, No 31, Shettima A. Mungono Crescent, Utako District, Abuja.Closing date and time for the submissions is Thrusday, 11th August 2016 at 12noon prompt.Late submissions shall not be entertained. The buds would be opened immediately at the board room of the agency at the address above.
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- All CAC, VAT, PENCOM, BPP Reg., Tax certificates and any other relevant document may be referred to the relevant bodies for verification.
- The Nigerian Geological Survey Agency reserves the right to reject all the submissions that do not meet up with the requirements as specified.
