PARTICIPATION FEE:

The fee covers the entire program preparation and actualization of the program, the organization of individual meetings, local logistics, hotel accommodation, networking events, visas and flight tickets. (Lunch and Dinner not Included) The all-inclusive participation fee is in the amount of €7600 for a singel company and 560(with min. of 5 companies) per exhibiting participant and 2200 to join mission and B2B networking

Your passport must be signed and valid for at least six months beyond the date of the entry into Nigeria (with available blank pages). An onward or return ticket is also required. The Visa fee is paid online only and its not included in the delegate fee. During online visa application, kindly select PROCESSING COUNTRY as ROMANIA.

Hotel

A block booking will be made at a fine hotel close to the event venue. Upon registration, an email confirming your hotel reservation(s) will be sent to you.

Health

The Slovenia-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its full membership with the European Federation of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce. The European Federation of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce is a platform that brings together all Bilateral Chamber in Europe. The organisation was founded on the premise of promoting economic diplomacy, internationalization and most importantly, to improve business relationships and commercial exchange between Europe and other economies around the globe.

The Slovenian – Hungarian joint business event aims at connecting the capacities of Slovenian and Hungarian companies already active in Africa and of those planning to enter that market. Possible financing mechanisms for doing business together in Africa both at the national level and from the European Development Fund will also be addressed.

Companies operating in the sectors of energy, ICT, water treatment, agriculture, construction and healthcare will gather in the framework of a plenary session and further business-to-business and business-to-government workshops. The Conference will be organized with the assistance of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Slovenia-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce. SID Bank of Slovenia and the Hungarian EXIM Bank have also been invited to participate in the event.
