We are pleased to announce The Slovenia Trade Delegation to Nigeria organized by Nigeria – SloveniaChamber of Commerce LTD/GTE in partnership with the Lagos Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture. The mission, which will take place in Lagos, Nigeria from 18 – 22 September 2022, is an important component of our Go Africa Project designed to open doors, provide B2B and B2G contacts, direct networking and to position your business for export or investment success.

PARTICIPATION:

Participation cost (Exhibition): Euro 600 per sqm (min 9sqm) Euro 5400
Participation cost (visit): Euro 500 per person
Visa: 3 months single entry Nigerian visa (Online only)
Hotel: (5 nights) Euro 800 per person
Return Ticket: Turkish Airline Euro 900 per person (Optional)
PARTICIPATION FEE:
The fee covers the entire program preparation and actualization of the program, the organization of individual meetings, local logistics, hotel accommodation, networking events, visas and flight tickets. (Lunch and Dinner not Included) The all-inclusive participation fee is in the amount of €7600 for a singel company and €5600 (with min. of 5 companies) per exhibiting participant and €2200 to join mission and B2B networking.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the applicants will be refunded the all inclusive visit and network participation fee will be refunded in full. However, any cancellations received after the 1st of September, 2022 will not be refunded.

VISAS, HOTEL AND HEALTH
Visa
Please note that Slovenian citizens need a visa to enter Nigeria. Your passport must be signed and valid for at least six months beyond the date of the entry into Nigeria (with available blank pages). An onward or return ticket is also required. The visa application can easily be done online (https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/visa/freshVisa) with the support of the Slovenia-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce
The Visa fee is paid online only and its not included in the delegate fee. During online visa application, kindly select PROCESSING COUNTRY as ROMANIA.
Hotel
A block booking will be made at a fine hotel close to the event venue. Upon registration, an email confirming your hotel reservation(s) will be sent to you.
Health
Vaccinations are mandatory for Nigeria. We strongly advise you to obtain the Yellow vaccination card before the trip. Refer to the Public Health Agency of Slovenia, website: http://www.mz.gov.si/en/ for information on vaccination and other travel health notices. The mission participants are responsible for their own travel health insurance certificates (vaccines, etc.)
Thus, It is the participant’s responsibility to cover any health-related costs incurred prior and during the mission.
